a personal story
Parì was born on May 21, 2022 and originated from dream that can be a bet: building a comfortable, welcoming and well-kept place, day after day.
The R backwards
It is our distinctive graphic sign, it creates curiosity and interest. Pari in French means bet and the reversed r is the phonetic reference to the word of French origin. A small declaration of love for France, which with its gastronomic culture and unmistakable allure inspires us deeply.
A little bit café, a little bit bistrot
We believe in places of the heart and Parì was designed to let you experience your favorite moments of the day: from breakfast with quality coffee and artisanal pastries, or some à la carte proposals like eggs, yogurt and pancakes, up to lunches and dinners created following the seasons and the discovery of ever new ingredients.
